VILDA has reached a significant milestone. As of this weekend, the network counts 300 members, marking an important step in its continued growth and impact within the life science sector.
Founded in December 2022, VILDA was created with a clear ambition: to empower female leaders and contribute to closing the diversity gap in life sciences. Reaching 300 members is more than a numerical achievement. It reflects a growing community of women in senior positions who actively choose to engage, support one another, and drive change together.
Over the past year, VILDA has expanded its ecosystem by welcoming new members, partners, sponsors, and ambassadors. At the same time, the network has moved from ambition to action through concrete initiatives, including a mentorship programme and board training programmes developed in collaboration with Styrelseakademien.
With 300 women in senior leadership roles, VILDA now has a strong platform to continue shaping a more inclusive and competitive life science industry.
