Following the success of our first cohort, we are excited to open applications for the next VILDA Mentorship Programme.
Created exclusively for VILDA members, the programme brings together women across Life Science for meaningful one-to-one mentorship, new perspectives and conversations that support both professional and personal leadership growth.
As a mentee, you get the opportunity to learn from the experience of another female leader, reflect on your own ambitions and challenges, and gain new perspectives on your next steps. As a mentor, you have the chance to share your experience, support another woman’s development and contribute to stronger female leadership across Life Science.
Participants can expect:
- One-to-one mentorship tailored to individual goals
- New perspectives, insights and connections
- A trusted space for reflection and development
- A stronger network across the Life Science community
Applications are now open
Cohort 2 runs October 2026 to March 2027 and includes one-on-one sessions, a joint kick-off, and a closing event. Mentors and mentees will be matched based on experience and goals.
Applications are open 10 to 31 August 2026.
