VILDA is a network dedicated to empowering women in life sciences to advance their careers and lead together with men. We believe that diversity is crucial for driving innovation and strengthening people and companies. Our mission is to close the diversity gap by supporting and mentoring female leaders, promoting healthier companies, and engaging allies who share our vision. Through networking opportunities, mentorship, and professional development, we aim to build a more inclusive and competitive life sciences industry. We also emphasize that women’s health is fundamental to a thriving society and strive to make it a central focus in our efforts.
Our mission:
