Why VILDA?
No one should be able to claim that it’s difficult to find women for leadership positions or board assignments. This is why we created VILDA. We are moving in the right direction, but the truth is that men and women still do not have the same rights and opportunities. For an equal work culture to be possible, we need to work together. Our mission is to close the diversity gap by supporting and mentoring female leaders, promoting healthier companies, and engaging allies who share our vision.
