The VILDA network aims to share knowledge, support women in Life Sciences, and inspire each other. Since joining last year, I’m happy to say I’ve experienced all of this.
While many women work in Life Sciences, there are still too few in management and board roles. I believe a better balance would enrich research and ultimately benefit patients. I’m committed to contributing as an engaged member of VILDA.
