This programme marks an important milestone in VILDA’s mission: to become the leading network for female leaders in Life Science, driving innovation, embracing diversity, and empowering women to reach their full potential. Through structured mentorship, we take another step toward closing the leadership gap and shaping a more inclusive and competitive Swedish Life Science sector.

Applications are now open
The first cycle runs January–June 2026 and includes one-on-one sessions, a joint kick-off, and a closing event. Mentors and mentees will be matched based on experience and goals.
