You do not need previous experience in these specific roles. What matters most is your enthusiasm, your willingness to contribute and your interest in working as part of an engaged and supportive team. All active members are on a voluntary basis.

Events Team
Do you enjoy bringing people together and creating meaningful experiences?
The Events Team plans and delivers VILDA’s activities across Sweden, including seminars, networking events, after work gatherings and digital events. We work closely with both the Communications Team and the Partner Team to create valuable experiences for our members.
About the role
As part of the Events Team, you will help plan and deliver events from idea to execution.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Planning and coordinating events
- Communicating with speakers, hosts and partner companies
- Preparing agendas and event logistics
- Booking venues and arranging catering when needed
- Supporting the delivery of events on site
- Organising informal networking activities such as after work events
We are primarily looking for additional team members in Stockholm, but we also welcome members based in Gothenburg, Malmö, Lund, Uppsala and Umeå. We are also looking for someone to coordinate our digital events.

Communications Team
Would you like to help shape how VILDA communicates and presents itself?
Our Communications Team is responsible for how VILDA is presented to members, partners and the wider community. We are looking for someone who enjoys visual communication, structure and creating clear, engaging content.
About the role
As part of the Communications Team, you will help develop VILDA’s presentation material and support our communication across different channels.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Managing and updating presentation material
- Ensuring that presentations and templates are consistent and aligned with the VILDA brand
- Creating visual content for presentations, social media and other communication channels
- Publishing and updating content on the VILDA website using WordPress
- Supporting the team with communication material when needed
We think this role could be a good fit if you
- Have an eye for layout, structure and visual consistency
- Enjoy working with presentations and graphic material
- Are comfortable using PowerPoint or similar tools
- Have experience in communication, marketing, design or web publishing
- Enjoy collaborating with others and contributing to a shared purpose
You do not need to be an expert in everything. The most important thing is that you enjoy creating clear and engaging communication and want to contribute to VILDA’s continued development.

Partner Team
Would you like to build relationships that help VILDA grow?
Our partner companies play an important role in supporting VILDA’s activities. We are now looking for several members to join our Partner Team and help strengthen these collaborations.
About the role
As a member of the Partner Team, you will act as the Primary Point of Contact for one or more partner organisations.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Maintaining regular contact with partner companies
- Ensuring that each partner receives the activities and visibility included in their partnership
- Working closely with the Events Team and Communications Team to coordinate partner activities
- Helping develop long term partnerships that create value for both VILDA and our partners
The role is fully flexible and can be carried out from anywhere in Sweden.

Previous experience in partnerships or business development is welcome but not required.
