Ambassadors contribute by increasing visibility, sharing perspectives, and opening doors where it matters, using their networks and influence to create access to new opportunities.
Rather than adding complexity, the Ambassador role builds on what already drives change in the industry: conversations, recommendations, and connections that create access to new opportunities.
By engaging both female and male leaders, the ambition is to accelerate progress and closing the diversity gap while strengthening Sweden’s long-term competitiveness in life science.
