As part of the VILDA mission, we strive to increase the number of women in the board room.

One way we promote this is through the VILDA database with life science board candidates, which was launched during 2024. VILDA members who are interested in board positions can sign up for the database and currently the database contains close to 100 potential board candidates, a number which keeps increasing!
