As part of the VILDA mission, we strive to increase the number of women in the board room and in executive positions.

One way we promote this is through the VILDA database with life science candidates, which was launched during 2024. VILDA members who are interested in board or or executive positions can sign up for the database which currently contains close to 100 candidates, a number which keeps increasing!
