About the programme

The programme will run twice a year, offering mentors and mentees continuous opportunities to grow, exchange perspectives, and strengthen leadership across the Life Science community.

  • Duration: January 2026 to June 2026
  • Commitment: Six one-on-one sessions, plus a kick-off and closing event
  • Format: Mentee-led meetings with access to community support

Who we look for

Mentors

Experienced leaders in Life Science who are passionate about empowering others. They bring:

  • Industry insight and a solid background in Life Science.
  • Leadership and communication skills that inspire growth and reflection.
  • Empathy and commitment to support their mentee’s journey.
  • Curiosity and openness to keep learning and evolving alongside the next generation of leaders.

Mentees

Ambitious women in Life Science who are ready to take the next step in their careers. They bring:

  • Curiosity and drive to learn, grow, and challenge yourself.
  • Openness and reflection to receive feedback and turn insight into action.
  • Professionalism and respect for their mentor’s time and experience.
  • Commitment and courage to explore new perspectives and step outside their comfort zone.

Applications are open 17 November – 19 December 2025.

Mentors and mentees are carefully matched based on experience, industry background, and goals. The selection process begins after the application period closes, and the selected groups will be informed during the first weeks of January.
